Patriot Hauling & Services is a local junk removal company serving families and businesses across Upstate South Carolina. We're based right here in the Greenville area, and we take pride in helping our neighbors clear out the clutter so they can get back to what matters most.
Meet Ian
My name is Ian McAlister, and I'm the owner of Patriot Hauling & Services. I'm a husband, a father, and a Marine Corps Veteran. After serving in the Marines, I wanted to build something here at home that I could be proud of — a business that takes care of people the right way and doesn't cut corners.
I started this company because I noticed how hard it can be for folks around Greenville and the surrounding areas to get rid of old furniture, appliances, yard debris, and everything else that piles up over time. You either need a truck, help to load it, and a place to dump it, or you end up paying way too much for someone who doesn't show up on time. I knew we could do better.
When you call us, you're not dealing with a big chain or a call center. You're talking to me or someone on my crew. We show up when we say we will, we treat your home like it's our own, and we don't leave until the job is done right. That's how I was raised, and that's how the Marines trained me — show up, work hard, and do what you said you'd do.
What We Stand For
Patriot Hauling & Services is built on three simple things: integrity, hard work, and reliability. We believe junk removal should be easy, fair, and honest. You should know what you're going to pay before we start, and you should be able to count on us to be there when we said we'd be there.
We handle just about everything — old couches and mattresses, refrigerators and washers, garage and attic cleanouts, construction debris, yard waste, storm cleanup, estate cleanouts, and even bulky stuff like hot tubs and playsets. Whether it's one item or a whole house, no job is too small or too big for us to give it our full attention.
We also try to do right by the community. Whenever we can, we donate items that are still in good shape and recycle what should be recycled. We know it's not just about hauling stuff away — it's about doing it responsibly and treating people well along the way.
